Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced animals largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

The tail can be lengthened or shortened at will, though doing so is limited by the user's own chakra, and takes on a near-solid form, as do the wings, allowing them to be used for attack or defense as if they were extensions of the body. Overall, it is quite a versatile technique, able to be used on its own or with the addition of elemental chakra flowing through the tail and/or wings.

The spark clone is the exact same as the user; it's body being made of lightning, it is always changing directions to keep 'Alive', therefore they are easily seen as clones unless Genjutsu is casted. Also, a blue glow is always present unless genjutsu is afoot due to the energy the lightning is giving off. As Genin the user can make five Spark clones and keep them going for around 2 minutes before being drained of chakra; Chuunin is 10 for 5 minutes and Jounin 20 for ten.

Description: A medically-based battle technique used to temporarily paralyze the opponent. In this technique, the user must have a senbon on hand. The user sends Raiton chakra into the senbon so that it is electrically charged, and then either digs it into the opponent's flesh (if in close range combat) or throws it towards the opponent (if in mid to long range combat). On impact with the target's flesh, the electricity will discharge into the flesh and the nearby area will by temporarily paralyzed; for example, if the senbon hits the opponent's arm, the arm will be temporarily paralyzed. In other cases, specifically if the senbon hits the head or chest, temporary full body paralysis could occur, though for a shorter amount of time. The effect of this technique on one limb (arms or legs) last for two of the opponent's posts. The effect of this technique on the head or chest lasts for one of the opponent's posts.

The user uses excessively large quantities of chakra in an effort to bring out a large unfocused blast of lightning that travels outward from the user with a radius of approximately ten meters (thirty feet). This excessive amount of electricity creates morbid results killing or fatally wounding anyone within the circle. Obviously the victims closer to the outer of the circle are more likely to be severely injured or fatally wounded than the victims closer to the user. This technique's range can be expanded with Se Doshaburi no Jutsu but would require the help of another user to perform the combo. This move is usually a last resort for a Chuunin ranked ninja.

Description: The natural affinity of lightning that Raika carries as her first element and her namesake is the basis of this technique, in her search to better her own defensive capabilities. Thus, this technique is often always activated but not in use, having a set amount of chakra prepared [an A-rank's worth] but not actually drained just for this technique, though when in use chakra is steadily drained to keep it active (one C-rank's worth per post kept active); after deactivation, the technique will have to be reset with a series of handsigns before its next use. This technique allows the user to change a portion of their body--or even their entire body, which allows the user to enter Souryoku-Tai--into pure electrical energy in an instant, then regather the electricity to reform their body. However, if the portion connecting a limb to the body is shifted, the entire limb must become electricity as well as, while in an electrical state, they cannot hold physical objects; as an extension of this, if the torso becomes electricity--or even just a portion of it that includes vital organs and the like--the user must quickly reform the area [one post maximum in such a state] or turn the rest of their body into pure electricity. Thus, it can be used to both offense and defense, allowing the user to escape from an attack unharmed and/or use the electricity to electrify the opponent or--in the case of being underwater--the surroundings.
Souryoku-Tai :: Full Energy Form
While fully in a pure electrical state--called Souryoku-Tai--, the need for food, oxygen, etc, vanishes as such is not truly required by a body of electricity, though, as is the nature of the element, constant movement is required, no matter how small, and the user can also move freely, though can do so much easier along [or in] more conductive substances, as well as hear and see, but not smell, feel, taste, feel emotion, or even speak without the correct portions of the body in physical form to create the sound; in addition, while in this form, Raiton techniques require the amount of chakra needed for a technique the rank below and do not require handsigns, while neither techniques of other elements or non-elemental techniques can be used.

Drawbacks & Weaknesses
- A-rank's worth of chakra to start, afterwards there is a continuous drain on the chakra [C-rank's worth each turn]- takes chakra to become electricity and to return to solid form- if the user's chakra is fully depleted--or quite close to being such--with this technique in effect, the portions of the body that have been turned into lightning will fizzle out, meaning that if the user runs out of chakra while in Souryoku-Tai, his or her body will fizzle out and nothing will be left behind- when in Souryoku-Tai, the voice cannot be used; emotions cannot be felt; and techniques of elements other than raiton cannot be used- if hit by a fuuton technique, the user will lose his/her charge and be forced to return to human form; this will cause excessive fatigue and the inability to use any further Raiton techniques until the user has recovered (3 posts for basic recovery, 5 posts before returning to full power)- while in Souryoku-Tai, the user can actually be captured and sealed as electricity by a skilled fuuinjutsu user; if the sealing is successful, the user will enter a dormant state [no more chakra being used while sealed]; the user would take up the entirety of a seal of a rank equal to his/her own ninja rank [i.e., Raika, as an S-rank shinobi, would break out of anything below an S-rank seal and would take up the entirety of the S-rank seal's capacity]- regathering of the electricity while in Souryoku-Tai to return to solid human form requires a C-rank's worth of chakra- after deactivation and complete return to solid form, the technique will have to be reset with a series of handsigns before the next use- max time useage for Raika at maximum chakra capacity: 20 posts/1 hour [whichever happens first] before chakra will be completely drained, thus the safety factor means that Raika must return to solid form by the 19th post/54th minute and will not be able to continue using chakra until she has recovered; utilization of chakra-based techniques shorten this period by 0.25 post/1.5 minutes [D-rank technique's chakra usage], 0.5 post/3 minutes [C rank technique's chakra usage], 1 post/6 minutes , 1.5 posts/9 minutes

The speed of this attack occurs at the same speed that electricity would normally move through the air in its surroundings, making it hard for most shinobi to dodge, and the damage incurred by the bolt depends on the area of the hit; contact with the enemy's limb will cause numbing as well as damage to the flesh and muscle as if burnt, and contact with the torso can cause burned flesh, irregular heartbeat, numbing, and even temporary paralysis [one post maximum]. Description: This technique, as a member of the versatile "Dengen" set, can only be used in conjunction with Dengen no Tai. In this technique, the user, fully in a state of pure electricity, will shoot towards the opponent at lightning speed and literally jump into his/her body (a limb to completely numb/damage said limb, the chest to kill/paralyze/etc, whichever)--no wound is needed for entry, no hole, all that is needed is for the user, as electricity, to be able to move into the electrically conductive human body--and will thus begin to wreck havoc on the target's nervous system, pulse, and so on and so forth to basically short-circuit the target's body; this technique is, despite its dangers to the target, actually survivable if the target is proficient enough in Raiton--or, better yet, in Kyoton--to manage to redirect the sentient lightning that is the user away from the target's vitals or if the user is skilled enough in Raiton and in Dengen no Tai to avoid making any lethal movements in the target's body, instead perhaps moving towards paralyzing the target instead or other such non-lethal damage. This technique can only be kept up for a short time (in other words, a post) before the user must escape the target's body.

Description: This technique, as a member of the versatile "Dengen" set, can only be used in conjunction with Dengen no Tai. This technique can only be used in a case where there is already electricity existing outside of the user (i.e., a thunderstorm, an opponent using a Raiton technique, etc.). In this technique, the user will stretch out whatever portion of their body has become pure electricity towards the outside source of electricity--the storm clouds above if during a storm, wherever the electricity is coming from in the case of a lightning attack from an opponent--and will use their own electricity to attract the outside electricity, thus allowing the user to utilize it in their techniques to help conserve chakra or simply ground it; either way, the foreign electricity must be used immediately unless the user is fully in a pure electrical form, which would allow them to simply add the foreign electricity to their bulk to "store" it for future purposes, though it will need to immediately be expelled upon return to human form if it has not be used up already. This technique has its rank due to the skill required in this technique and only requires about a C-rank's worth of chakra.

Description: This technique, as a member of the versatile "Dengen" set, can only be used in conjunction with Dengen no Tai. In this technique--which best works in the rain or underwater, as its name references, which drastically increases its speed and range--the user will shape their body, which will have entirely become electricity, into the shape of an eastern dragon with glowing white eyes--whiskers, fangs, horns, mane, claws and all, and being roughly twelve feet (four meters) in length and three feet (one meter) tall at the shoulder--and will shoot towards the target. From here on the attacks can vary greatly, from wrapping around the target for a powerful electrical shock, to biting the target for both piercing power (easily slicing through soft flesh) and shock ability, to utilizing another technique to cause extra damage. In addition to this is the amount of free movement that comes with the Dengen no Tai, allowing the user to even escape into the air--though, again, this works best when in rainy conditions. Chakra is continuously drawn (a B-rank's worth per turn) while this technique is active to keep it going.

Description: This technique, as a member of the versatile "Dengen" set, can only be used in conjunction with Dengen no Tai. In this technique, the user will shape their body, which will have entirely become electricity--though, in this technique, the electricity is turned an odd silvery color--, into the shape of a yellow-eyed western dragon--wings, fangs, claws, tail and all, being six feet (two meters) tall at the shoulder and eighteen feet (six meters) long, with the rest of the body being proportional to this. Thus, the user may fight [and actually fly] in this electrical dragon form--fangs and claws can easily rip through thin sheets of metal, touching the body gives others a nasty shock, etc.--, and, like this, techniques that need to have lightning formed traditionally may simply be formed from the dragon's body, thus cutting down the chakra requirement of such techniques by 50%. Chakra is continuously drawn (an A-rank's worth per turn) while this technique is active to keep it going. This technique is, essentially, the most powerful technique of any of the "Dengen" set and serves as one of the most powerful in Raika's entire arsenal.
